Wednesday evening, August 17th, following a potluck dinner at 5:30 pm, we will be having a presentation by the Mission Trip Team. They will be showing pictures and talking about their recent trip to Nickelsville. Please don’t miss this opportunity to see what they accomplished while there were there!

On Sunday, August 11th, we will be having a Blessing of the Backpacks. Please have your student bring their backpack or any other kind of school bag with them to the service. Going to school for the first time or returning to school for another year carries with it the challenges, worries, hopes and opportunities that fill the lives of children and parents alike. Beth Car’s summer mission trip is July 7th through July 12th! We will, once again, be heading to Nickelsville, Virginia, to work on homes in the area. YOU are welcome to join us! This summer’s VBS will be held this week at Antioch Baptist Church on June 26th, 27th (6:00 pm -7:45 pm) and 28th   (5:30 pm – 7:45 pm). The children will have Bible lessons, crafts, outdoor activities and a light supper each night while they learn about Jonah and the whale. Sunday, March 31st is the Fifth Sunday and The Freedom Worship Band will be leading us in worship! The Fifth Sunday services are always a blessing to our church family! Please be sure to invite your friends and family!

On Saturday, February 23rd, at 10:30 am, the Fellowship Committee will be hosting a Young at Heart Brunch. Young at Heart includes those 55 years and above. We hope you will join us for food, fun and fellowship!
